Article 1: Purpose The purpose of these Terms of Service is to establish the terms and conditions for using the RoomTV service provided by ハートライブTV, as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and its members. Article 2: Membership Registration and Account Management Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for securely managing their own accounts and passwords. Members may not use another person’s information or transfer or lend their accounts to others. Article 3: Provision of Services The Company provides live content, BJ rankings, an item shop, coin top-ups and withdrawals, 1:1 live chat, and customer support. Service content is subject to change based on operational needs, and significant changes will be announced in advance. Article 4: Paid Services Members must review the price and payment details displayed on the purchase screen before placing an order. Bank transfers are approved after verification by an administrator; processing may be delayed if the deposit information does not match. Article 5: Prohibited Member Conduct The following acts are prohibited: distribution of illegal information, infringement of others’ rights, disruption of the service, automated or abnormal access, account trading, payment abuse, and posting of content containing profanity, hate speech, or sexual exploitation. Article 6: Restrictions on Use In the event of a violation of these Terms of Service or operational policies, the Company may impose restrictions on posting, chat restrictions, suspension of service use, or revocation of membership. Temporary restrictions may be imposed without prior notice if urgent measures are necessary to prevent harm. Article 7: Liability and Disclaimer The Company strives to provide stable service. Liability for damages arising from causes beyond reasonable control—such as natural disasters, communication network failures, or circumstances of external data providers—is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
